To qualify for a payment from the Net Available Fair Fund, you must submit a timely and valid Claim Form. The Claim Form must be postmarked if sent by U.S. mail or submitted electronically no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 13, 2026 .
How to File Online
After clicking the button below, you will be asked to provide your contact information, detailed information about the Synchronoss Technologies Inc. common stock and/or options you transacted, and any documentation you have to provide to support your claim. Please have all your documentation as described above ready, as your claim will not be saved if you have to come back and finish at a later time.
